Remove accounts from Zoho Payroll
To Remove accounts from Zoho Payroll:
1. Employee Status needs to be updated as Resigned or Terminated.
2. Date of Exit should be updated for the employee in Zoho People.
Note: You will not be able sync the employee by updating completed month pay run's date of exit.
3. Employee Account status should not be in Downgraded status, if it's in downgraded status the employee details will not be synced.
Settings (Zoho People) > Users > Filter (funnel icon - top right) > Account Status > Filter > Downgraded.
4. Please check, is there any sync error while syncing the data from Zoho People to Payroll. If there is any, resolve the error as per the error message.
Settings (Zoho Payroll) > Zoho Apps > View Details > There are some errors in recent.
